Something not right with your order?
If you're unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, please do so within 30 days, unopened via tracked shipping. We will gladly refund your order if there's a mix up. We do have samples for you to purchase before committing to purchase a full size and suggest that, as we can't refund a used/opened full size. We do not accept returns/exchanges on samples sizes.
Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange opened or used products. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed.
Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Divulge Beauty is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Divulge Beauty.
Damaged or defective goods must be reported to us within 72 hours of order receipt. We will send you a return receipt to have the damaged item sent back to us, and replace it for you at our cost, provided the problem is reported to us within this time frame. Please note, it must be unopened and in the original packaging.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.
If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Please check around all entrances, including around the garage. You could also check with the people who live with you, and ask your neighbors if they didn't perhaps pick up the package for you.
If the package is still not found, we will start a trace with the carrier company, and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 5-7 business days. You can help to expedite the process by contacting USPS, and providing your tracking number and other relevant information. We cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.
Most often, we have the same information that is on the original shipping confirmation. The address information you provide to us is copied directly into our shipping software. Thus, please check your order submissions carefully. We are not held responsible for the inevitable consequences resulting from address, ZIP code, and other shipping-information errors made by the client.
If you would like to return a gift, we can provide a gift credit for the value of your return if the item shipped directly to you.
Please keep in mind, our collection is freshly formulated, hand crafted and hand filled, making our line bespoke and special. Minor nuances in color and scent due to seasonality of harvesting our premium ingredients is natural.
